Q: How often should I have my home’s exterior painted?
A: This will vary based on the house, the weather and the type of paint that was used originally. Some brands are more durable so they last longer than others. On average you will need to paint your home at least every seven years, perhaps as often as every two or three years.

A: As with most construction materials, the longevity of roof coating will depend on the type of materials used and the weather or climate where you live. On average, roof coating will last between five and ten years but you should have it inspected regularly to determine when your coating needs replacing.

Q: How is pressure cleaning done?
A: Pressure cleaning uses pressurised water to spray the surface to remove dirt and debris. The pressure is part is created by a combination of motorised force and high-pressure hose. It is one of the most efficient ways to clean surfaces outdoors since it can remove years of dirt and grime.

Q: How long does it take to paint a house exterior?
A: For a team of three men it can take up to a week to paint the exterior of an average two story house. This timeline is obviously dependent on the size of the house. A smaller house will take less time and a larger house more time.
